I was recently added to an RD Support group on social media and have discovered some cool articles/finds from RDs that were posted on this venue.
One that caught my eye was this article about Coca Cola partnering up with Fairlife (a healthy/wellness company) to pump out a new type of milk said to be higher in protein/calcium yet lower in fat/sugar than “normal” milk. This “super milk” will cost double the amount compared to typical fluid, cows milk with apparently a longer shelf life.
Not sure if this bad boy will be coming to Canada but it will be launched in the US next month.
What do you think about this new product and Coke’s decision to get there hands into the dairy world?
